PEOPLE AND CULTURE MANAGER

Job Number :
PC202311

Accra, Ghana

CORPORATE PROFILE

Our client, a full-stack consumer healthcare company initially focused on sexual health, skincare, hair loss, & mental health is looking for a People & Culture Manager.  The company provides on line consultations, prescription medication, and home delivery built for the African market, starting with Ghana.

The company seeks to provide easy and affordable health care to everyone in Africa regardless of gender, class, sexual orientation or lifestyle by braving shame and stigma.
The conditions the company focuses on are socially stigmatized. The stigma around sexual and mental health exists everywhere, but it’s more severe in Africa due to the complex interplay of sociocultural and religious factors.
By engaging directly with customers on neglected and chronic health conditions, the company builds a defensible model that is resilient to future health system changes with a highly engaged and recurrent patient base, at a lower cost.
