Role Description and Responsibilities ● Assist with recruitment, scheduling interviews, and onboarding of new employees. ● Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. ● Draft correspondence, maintain filing systems, and manage documentation. ● Support general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects. ● Provide support to other team members Working Experience and Education Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). ● Previous experience in HR/ admin or administration is an advantage ● Knowledge in Trello and other productivity tools ● Proficiency in Google Workspace Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: ● Strong organizational and time management skills. ● Attention to detail and confidentiality. ● Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). ● Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems). ● Ability to multitask and support a fast-paced environment.
